Part I. Information Collection
Constitution Island Association, Inc. collects information through our Web site at two points. We collect email addresses from individuals who request to be on our mailing list. We also collect payment and shipping-related information from individuals who purchase items from us.
We may also collect shipping information which our users divulge about other people when they purchase gifts and request that gifts be shipped to alternate addresses. Constitution Island Association, Inc. does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We do occasionally employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.
Part II. Information Usage.
The email information collected by Constitution Island Association, Inc. will be used for sending emails to visitors who request such emails, and for processing payments from and shipping goods to purchasers.
Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter or invitation. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.
We occasionally offer links to other Web sites.
